When Whapi.Cloud is the better choice

  • You're a developer who needs channels, communities, statuses or interactive buttons through the API.
  • You build everything in your own code and don't need a dashboard.

When WbizTool fits better

  • People who don't code send too: campaigns from a sheet and reminders in the dashboard, plus a shared inbox as an add-on.
  • You want a Zapier app, Google Sheets without deploying code, or a Shopify app.
  • You run several numbers: Standard covers 3 numbers for $59 a month, Advanced 10 for $149.

Try WbizTool in a few minutes

  1. Start the free trial – 50 messages in any 30 days on 1 number, no card.
  2. Link your WhatsApp number with a QR code or a phone-number code, the way you link WhatsApp Web (how).
  3. Send from the dashboard, a Google Sheet, Zapier or the Send Message API.

WbizTool isn't the official WhatsApp Business API: it sends from your own number, so WhatsApp's rules apply to it. Message people who expect to hear from you; campaigns are paced to keep your number safe.

Questions

Does WbizTool have the same API as Whapi.Cloud?
No – Whapi.Cloud covers more of WhatsApp through its API (channels, communities, statuses, buttons). WbizTool's API covers sending text and files, group messages (Standard and up), scheduling, history and webhooks, and adds the dashboard tools.
Do both need my phone online?
Both link a device to your number, like WhatsApp Web, and WhatsApp logs out linked devices after about 14 days with the phone offline – the same for both. Keep WhatsApp on the phone and open it regularly.
