Unibox works with the WhatsApp numbers you've already connected to Wbiztool. No new number, no Business API setup.
Conversations from every number you add to Unibox appear in one list, newest first. View all numbers together or filter by one. The open inbox updates as new messages sync.
Find a chat by contact name, phone number or WhatsApp ID. Type 4 or more characters to also search message text from the last 30 days.
Reply with up to 5,000 characters, or attach an image, video, audio file, PDF, Word or Excel document. Replies go out from the number the chat belongs to.
Turn a conversation into a ticket with a priority, due date and tags. Move it from Open to Resolved and leave comments for your team.
Send new incoming messages, outgoing messages or both to your server as JSON, signed with HMAC-SHA256 so you can check it came from Wbiztool.
Start a Zap when a new WhatsApp message arrives, for example to log it in Google Sheets or create a lead in your CRM.
How it works
Scan the QR code on WhatsApp settings, the same way you log in to WhatsApp Web.
Add the Unibox add-on for each number, then add the number on Incoming Triggers. A webhook URL is optional.
Conversations sync into the inbox. Workspace owners and editors read, reply and create tickets.
Unibox checks each number for new messages every few minutes while it's connected and not busy sending, so messages aren't instant.
Adding a number imports up to its 500 most recent messages. Inbox messages are deleted after 90 days.
A reply is sent like any other Wbiztool message: it counts towards your monthly messages and appears in Reports.
Group chats show in the inbox, but replies to them aren't delivered. Reply to groups from WhatsApp or the Send to Group API.
Each message is sent to your webhook once. Your server should answer with HTTP 200 within 8 seconds.
New messages only sync, and replies only send, while the number is connected to Wbiztool. A reply that isn't sent within 24 hours expires.

Yes. Add-ons can only be added to an active paid plan, so the free trial doesn't include Unibox. The workspace owner adds it from Billing & Plans in the dashboard.
Any WhatsApp number connected to your workspace, personal or business. Each unit of the add-on lets you add one number, and the number itself counts towards your plan's WhatsApp number limit.
