Pricing questions
Are messages really unlimited?
Yes, on every paid plan, under fair use: each WhatsApp number can send up to 1,000 messages in any 24 hours. That's far more than normal use, and it keeps a number from being used to blast messages, which gets numbers banned by WhatsApp. Failed, cancelled and expired messages don't count.
What happens if a number reaches the daily limit?
Messages over the limit are refused with a clear reason – the API answers with the code "daily_limit_reached" – never dropped silently. Send the rest the next day or from another number. Need more on one number? Talk to us about Enterprise.
How do the free trial's messages work?
Your first workspace gets 50 free messages in any 30 days: each one frees up again 30 days after it was sent. When they're used up, new messages are refused until older ones free up, or until you pick a plan with unlimited messages.
Can I change or cancel my plan?
Yes. Upgrade, downgrade or cancel from the billing page in your dashboard at any time. If you switch plans, contact us so we can make sure your previous subscription is cancelled and you aren't billed twice. See our refund and cancellation policies for details.
Which currencies and payment methods can I use?
Payments are processed securely by Paddle. Prices are shown in your local currency where available, and checkout offers the payment methods supported in your country.
Is there a free trial?
Yes. Every new account starts with 50 free messages in any 30 days and 1 WhatsApp number. No credit card is required.
Are there add-ons?
Yes. With a paid plan, the workspace owner can add Unibox, a shared WhatsApp inbox with webhooks, for $20/month or $200/year per number, and extra team members for $10/month or $100/year each. Add them from Billing & Plans in your dashboard.
Can I add more WhatsApp numbers without changing plan?
Yes. Extra WhatsApp number adds one number for $10/month or $100/year. It works with paid and lifetime plans: buy as many as you need from Billing & Plans in your dashboard.
