Pricing questions
What counts as a message?
Every message you send, or that is waiting in the queue, uses one message from your allowance. Failed, cancelled and expired messages don't count.
What happens when I run out of messages?
New messages are rejected until your allowance renews or you upgrade. API requests return a "Not enough credits" error, and we email you so you can act quickly.
Do unused messages carry over?
No. Your allowance renews every billing period (every 30 days on yearly plans), and unused messages don't carry over.
Can I change or cancel my plan?
Yes. Upgrade, downgrade or cancel from the billing page in your dashboard at any time. If you switch plans, contact us so we can make sure your previous subscription is cancelled and you aren't billed twice. See our refund and cancellation policies for details.
Which currencies and payment methods can I use?
Payments are processed securely by Paddle. Prices are shown in your local currency where available, and checkout offers the payment methods supported in your country.
Is there a free trial?
Yes. Every new account starts with 50 free messages and 1 WhatsApp number. No credit card is required.
Are there add-ons?
Yes. With a paid plan, the workspace owner can add Unibox, a shared WhatsApp inbox with webhooks, for $20/month or $200/year per number, and extra team members for $10/month or $100/year each. Add them from Billing & Plans in your dashboard.
