When Green API is the better choice

  • You want the lowest price per number for a plain API and write the rest yourself.
  • You need an SDK in Java, Go or another language beyond Python and Node.js.

When WbizTool fits better

  • You send campaigns from a sheet and want them paced safely, with send windows and several numbers.
  • Your team answers chats together in a shared inbox (Unibox add-on), with saved replies and auto-replies.
  • You use Google Sheets or Shopify and want them ready-made, not built on the API.

Try WbizTool in a few minutes

  1. Start the free trial – 50 messages in any 30 days on 1 number, no card.
  2. Link your WhatsApp number with a QR code or a phone-number code, the way you link WhatsApp Web (how).
  3. Send from the dashboard, a Google Sheet, Zapier or the Send Message API.

WbizTool isn't the official WhatsApp Business API: it sends from your own number, so WhatsApp's rules apply to it. Message people who expect to hear from you; campaigns are paced to keep your number safe.

Questions

Is Green API cheaper than WbizTool?
Per number, yes: Green API's Business plan is $12 a month per number, WbizTool's Lite plan $25. WbizTool includes the dashboard tools (campaigns, reminders, Google Sheets, a Shopify app) and covers 3 numbers on Standard for $59; the team inbox is a $20 add-on per number.
Is there a ban risk with both?
Yes. Both use your own number through a linked device, so WhatsApp can restrict a number that sends unwanted messages. Green API advises at most 200 customers a day; WbizTool advises about 150–200 messages per number a day and paces campaigns for you – and with both, message only people who expect it.
