About WbizTool
WbizTool is a WhatsApp API that sends messages from your own WhatsApp number, linked by QR code the way WhatsApp Web is. It needs no Meta approval, no message templates and no per-message fees: plans have unlimited messages under fair use, from $25 a month in the US, and the free plan has 50 messages. Messages go out through the REST API, Google Sheets, Zapier, Shopify, n8n, Make or the dashboard's campaigns and reminders.
Our story
Anurag Meena started WbizTool in 2018, while living in Mumbai. Small businesses wanted to send order updates, reminders and offers on WhatsApp from their own software, but the official WhatsApp Business API meant an approval process, message templates and a fee for every message. WbizTool took a simpler route: it sends from the business's own WhatsApp number, linked the way WhatsApp Web is.
The company behind WbizTool, BinaryScript Pvt Ltd, is registered in Raipur, Chhattisgarh, India. What began as a sending API now covers campaigns, reminders, integrations and a shared team inbox, with the website, dashboard and guides in 12 languages.

How it works, honestly
- You link your WhatsApp number to WbizTool with a QR code or a pairing code, like WhatsApp Web. Messages go out from that number, and replies come back to it.
- WbizTool is not the official WhatsApp Business API. There is no Meta approval, no message templates and no per-message fee: plans are flat, with unlimited messages under fair use.
- Because it uses your own number, WhatsApp's rules apply to it: message people who expect to hear from you. Campaigns send at a steady pace to keep your number safe. See how it compares with the official API.
- We are an independent company. WhatsApp is a trademark of WhatsApp LLC. WbizTool is an independent service and is not affiliated with, endorsed or sponsored by WhatsApp or Meta.
