Send WhatsApp messages from Make.com
WbizTool has no app of its own on Make. You send WhatsApp messages from a Make scenario with Make's built-in HTTP module: one POST request to the WbizTool Send message API, and the message goes out from your own connected WhatsApp number.
Free trial: 50 messages in any 30 days, no card.
How it works
Get your three values
Your Client ID and API key from Settings → API keys, and the WhatsApp Client ID of the number you send from, shown on WhatsApp settings.
Add the HTTP module
After your trigger (a new form entry, a new spreadsheet row, a new order), add Make's HTTP module with the Make a request action.
Set the request
Method POST, URL
https://wbiztool.com/api/v1/send_msg/. Body type JSON (raw, content typeapplication/json) or form data. No authentication: the credentials go in the body.Fill in the body fields
Type your credentials as fixed values and map
phoneandmsgfrom your trigger's data.Run it once
A response with "status": 1 means the message was queued. WbizTool then sends it from your number.

Good to know
- There is no WbizTool app on Make. It works through Make's HTTP module and the WbizTool API, so you set the URL and fields yourself.
- The API works on the free trial (50 messages in any 30 days). Paid plans send unlimited messages under fair use, up to 1,000 a day per number. Group messages work on every plan too.
- If your numbers are local, such as 9876543210, always send
country_code, or the message goes to the wrong number or fails. - On an error the API returns HTTP 400 with "status": 0 and a message such as "Invalid phone number". Open the module's output to read it. A number that hit its daily limit gets HTTP 429 instead.
- If a mapped field has line breaks and the JSON body becomes invalid, switch the body type to form data.
- WbizTool sends from your own WhatsApp number, so WhatsApp's own rules apply: message people who expect to hear from you, such as your customers and leads.
Questions
- Is there a WbizTool app on Make?
- No. Use Make's HTTP module with the Make a request action and POST to
https://wbiztool.com/api/v1/send_msg/with your Client ID, API key and the message in the body. - Do I set up authentication in the HTTP module?
- No. Leave it set to none:
client_idandapi_keygo in the request body. You don't need any extra headers either. - JSON or form data?
- Both work. Use JSON (raw, application/json) or form data, whichever is easier to map in your scenario.
- "status": 1 came back but nothing arrived. Why?
- "status": 1 means the message was queued, not yet sent. It waits until your WhatsApp number is connected. Pass a webhook URL to be told when it's actually sent.
- Can I leave out whatsapp_client?
- Only when your workspace has exactly one connected number. Otherwise send the WhatsApp Client ID from WhatsApp settings.
