REFUND POLICY


At Wbiztool, we strive to provide the best WhatsApp API service possible. This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions for refunds on our services.

SECTION 1 - REFUND ELIGIBILITY

Our refund policy is applicable for 12 hours after the purchase of any package. To be eligible for a refund, the following conditions must be met:

  • The refund request must be submitted within 12 hours of purchase
  • The service must not have been used after the purchase
  • The account must not have sent any WhatsApp messages through our platform
  • No API calls should have been made using the purchased credits

If you have used the service even once after the purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund.

SECTION 2 - REFUND PROCESS

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

  1. Send an email to [email protected] within 12 hours of your purchase
  2. Include your order number, email address used for purchase, and reason for refund
  3. Wait for our confirmation email acknowledging receipt of your refund request

Once your refund request is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your request. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund within 24-48 hours.

SECTION 3 - APPROVED REFUNDS

If your refund is approved:

  • The refund will be processed within 5-7 business days
  • A credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment
  • You will receive an email confirmation when the refund has been processed
  • For Razorpay payments, the refund will reflect in your account as per Razorpay's processing timeline
SECTION 4 - LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS

If you haven't received a refund within 7 business days of approval:

  1. First, check your bank account or payment method statement again
  2. Contact your credit card company or bank, as it may take additional processing time
  3. Different banks have different processing times for refunds (typically 5-10 business days)
  4. If you've done all of this and still haven't received your refund, please contact us at [email protected]
SECTION 5 - NON-REFUNDABLE ITEMS

The following are not eligible for refunds:

  • Services purchased more than 12 hours ago
  • Partially used service credits or message quotas
  • Custom development or integration services
  • Setup fees or one-time configuration charges
  • Services terminated due to violation of our Terms of Service
  • Free trial credits or promotional offers
SECTION 6 - SUBSCRIPTION SERVICES

For monthly or annual subscription services:

  • Refunds are only available for the initial 12-hour period after first purchase
  • No refunds are provided for renewal payments
  • Unused time in a subscription period is non-refundable
  • To avoid future charges, you must cancel your subscription before the next billing cycle
SECTION 7 - PAYMENT GATEWAY SPECIFIC TERMS

Razorpay Payments:

  • Refunds for Razorpay transactions follow Razorpay's refund timeline
  • Credit/Debit Card refunds: 5-7 business days
  • Net Banking refunds: 7-10 business days
  • UPI refunds: 5-7 business days
  • Wallet refunds: Instant to 7 business days depending on the wallet provider
