CANCELLATION POLICY
THIS CANCELLATION POLICY ("Policy") governs the cancellation of subscriptions and services provided by WbizTool (hereinafter referred to as "we", "us", "our" and "WbizTool"). Please read this policy carefully to understand your rights and obligations regarding service cancellations.
SECTION 1 - SUBSCRIPTION CANCELLATION
You may cancel your subscription to WbizTool services at any time through your account dashboard or by contacting our support team. The cancellation process is as follows:
- Self-Service Cancellation: Log in to your dashboard and navigate to the billing section to cancel your subscription
- Email Cancellation: Send a cancellation request to [email protected] from your registered email address
- Cancellation Confirmation: You will receive an email confirmation within 24 hours of your cancellation request
SECTION 2 - CANCELLATION EFFECTIVE DATE
The effective date of your cancellation depends on your subscription type:
- Monthly Subscriptions: Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle. You will continue to have access to services until the end of the paid period.
- Annual Subscriptions: Cancellation takes effect at the end of your annual term. No pro-rata refunds are provided for unused months.
- Pay-As-You-Go Plans: Cancellation is immediate. Unused credits remain valid for 90 days from the last purchase date.
SECTION 3 - CANCELLATION FEES
WbizTool does not charge any cancellation fees. You are free to cancel your subscription at any time without penalty. However:
- You remain responsible for all charges incurred up to the cancellation effective date
- No refunds are provided for partial months or unused time (see Refund Policy for exceptions)
- Custom development or one-time setup fees are non-refundable upon cancellation
SECTION 4 - DATA RETENTION AFTER CANCELLATION
Upon cancellation of your subscription:
- Account Data: Your account data will be retained for 30 days after cancellation, allowing you to reactivate if needed
- Message History: WhatsApp message logs are retained for 90 days for compliance and audit purposes
- API Credentials: API keys and webhooks are immediately deactivated upon cancellation
- Backup Data: You may request a data export within 30 days of cancellation
- Complete Deletion: After the retention period, all data is permanently deleted from our servers
SECTION 5 - RE-ACTIVATION
If you wish to re-activate your account after cancellation:
- Within 30 days: You can reactivate with all your previous data and settings intact
- After 30 days: You will need to create a new account and start fresh
- Pricing: Re-activation is subject to current pricing, which may differ from your previous rates
- Credits: Unused credits from pay-as-you-go plans may be restored if within the 90-day validity period
SECTION 6 - AUTOMATIC RENEWAL CANCELLATION
To prevent automatic renewal of your subscription:
- Cancel your subscription at least 24 hours before the renewal date
- Cancellations processed after this period may result in one additional billing cycle
- You can disable auto-renewal while keeping your subscription active until the end of the current period
SECTION 7 - CANCELLATION DUE TO VIOLATION
WbizTool reserves the right to cancel your subscription immediately without notice if:
- You violate our Terms of Service or Acceptable Use Policy
- You engage in fraudulent activities or payment disputes
- You use our service for spam or illegal activities
- You attempt to circumvent service limitations or security measures
In such cases, no refunds will be provided, and you may be permanently banned from using our services.
SECTION 8 - FREE TRIAL CANCELLATION
If you are on a free trial:
- You can cancel at any time during the trial period without being charged
- Cancellation must be completed before the trial ends to avoid automatic conversion to a paid subscription
- Trial credits and features expire immediately upon cancellation
- You cannot sign up for another free trial with the same account or payment method
SECTION 9 - PAYMENT METHOD REMOVAL
Removing your payment method does not automatically cancel your subscription. To avoid charges:
- You must explicitly cancel your subscription through the proper channels
- Failed payment attempts may result in service suspension but not cancellation
- Outstanding balances remain due even after payment method removal
SECTION 10 - PARTIAL SERVICE CANCELLATION
For accounts with multiple services or add-ons:
- You can cancel individual add-ons without cancelling your main subscription
- Add-on cancellations follow the same billing cycle rules as main subscriptions
- Bundled services may need to be cancelled together if purchased as a package
SECTION 11 - CANCELLATION DISPUTES
If you believe your account was cancelled in error or have disputes regarding cancellation:
- Contact our support team within 7 days of the cancellation
- Provide your account details and reason for dispute
- We will investigate and respond within 48-72 hours
- Decisions regarding cancellation disputes are final
SECTION 12 - API AND INTEGRATION IMPACTS
Upon cancellation:
- All API endpoints become inactive immediately
- Webhooks stop receiving events
- Third-party integrations (Zapier, Make, etc.) will fail
- Scheduled messages and campaigns are cancelled
- Active WhatsApp connections are terminated
